WOW! What a week! Me and my companion have been learning how to work more efficiently, and so far it's been going well, because we have a baptism this Saturday! Theres a young girl, who ever time we would ask her to get baptized she would always say,"No!"( nicely) and this past week we sat down with her and taught a lesson and invited her to get baptized and she said," Sí!" and so we were like," Un minuto... en serio!?!?" and it was true she accepted and now we just have to plan for the baptism!
Other than our baptism, we still have Brother Fernando, Sister Cecilia, and also Sister Alondra and she is a new investigator, kind of, she has been to the church and her boy friend is Mormon, all she needs to do is get baptized, which we will invite her, today when we have a family home evening! Wish us luck!
We are learning slowly out here in the mission field, but the spirit is working strong! It's all we need to help the people that are here and we are, trying to give all we got to help these people and its coming along well, thanks for praying for the investigators that we have and for these days they will progress and seek to be baptized in the Church of God!
Its so fun to hear of the experiences that you are all having at home and its a blessing that all of you are happy! Its going to be sad when everyone leaves the house and Mom and Dad are alone, with nothing to do, but to work and pet Molly... Its going to be a headache from all the silence, but they'll get used to it.
I know that General Conference is about a month away, but I am getting excited for this! I cut my hair today with a member and I told her to cut it like Elder Bednar's hair, I don't think she remembered clearly, but it's pretty close! I can't wait for the inspiration, we are going to receive those days, but I coming in prepared!
